We specialize in Vietnamese-style Cajun food, a unique fusion known as Viet-Cajun. Our menu is a mix of traditional Cajun dishes and Asian-inspired flavors, offering something for everyone. While we are renowned for our boiled Louisiana crawfish, we also serve a variety of boiled seafood, including shrimp, crab, lobster and various shellfish, all seasoned with our signature sauce blends.
