Shipping Policy

Customer Responsibility
It is the customers responsibility to receive the package on the date of delivery. If the customer is not available to receive the package at time of delivery, Crawfish Cafe reserves the right to refuse any refunds or reshipments.

In the event that your package is delivered and something happens after it is left at the address, Crawfish Cafe will not assume responsibility for the package. All shipments are sent with a Shipper Release clause meaning that the driver may leave the package at the delivery address without requiring a signature.

If the package is refused or denied for any reason this forfeits any refund request.

Delivery Times
The estimated delivery times offered by the carrier is just a convenience and is not guaranteed. All packages are shipped Fedex standard overnight or priority overnight depending on which option the customer chooses. Delayed Shipment
In the event the shipping carrier delayed your package while in their possession, Crawfish Cafe will not take responsibility for any issues during transit.

Tracking Information
A tracking number will be generated on the ship date by Fedex and sent to you via email.

Canceling or Modifying Shipments
