Refund Policy

All SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY COOKED FOOD ITEMS.

Damaged Package
In the event that you receive the order and the package is visibly damaged, email contact@crawfishcafe.com with a photo of the damage. Do not throw away contents or the packaging as an inspection will be need by the carrier. Refund eligibility will be subject to an investigation done by Fedex and Crawfish Cafe.

Undeliverable Address
Crawfish Cafe will ship all items to the address submitted by the customer. If a package is undeliverable by the carrier due to an incorrect address submitted, no refund or reshipment will be issued. Shipping to a closed business or undeliverable address will void the customer of any refund.

Missing Products
Crawfish Cafe guarantees you will receive all items that you ordered. All packages will be checked by multiple person for accuracy however if for any reason you receive a package with a missing item, you must contact us via email to contact@crawfishcafe.com on the date of delivery. We will require a photograph of the package showing the missing item and after investigation, a refund or credit for the missing item will be issued. If the missing item isn’t reported on the date of delivery we may refuse any refund.
